1. How long are Voicemail messages stored for?

New messages that you have not listened to are kept for 28 days. When you've listened to a message it will stay in your Voicemail mailbox, as an 'old message', for 7 days.

2. How do I return a call to the person who has left me a Voicemail message?

You can return most calls by simply pressing 5 at any time during the message playback. The cost of this call will depend on your price plan and the number you are calling.

3. How do I pick up my Voicemail messages when I'm abroad?

If you're abroad, or accessing your voicemail from a different phone, you will need to call the generic voicemail access number +447836121121.

4. How do I find out what time a Voicemail message was left?

You will be given the time and date of the message at the start of each message left.

5. How do I extend ring time before diverting to Voicemail?

To extend ring time before diverting to voicemail: Dial **61*(mailbox number in international format +447) *11*25#send

6. How do I lengthen the time span of my Vodafone mailbox?

To lengthen time of mailbox *#104# obtain mailbox number **61*+44 *10*(5-20secs) #send

7. How do I retrieve Voicemail messages once they have been deleted?

Unfortunately there is no way to retrieve deleted voicemail messages.
