Ghost Sim

A ‘ghost sim’ is another sim card that allows you to accept calls on a car phone or additional mobile phone without taking your sim card in and out of your handset.

How to setup your ghost sim:-
Put the Ghost sim into your 2nd handset
On your 1st handset pick a number you want as speed dial and hold down the button
Option - select speed dial
Option - Use Once
Enter in **21*+44GhostNumber#
Option – Save

This will create a speed dial to divert your calls to your 2nd handset. To divert calls back to the 1st handset you need to create a speed dial using the instructions as above on the 2nd handset.

Please note if you make a call from the second handset using the ghost sim, the number will appear on the display as withheld.

PUK Code

A PUK code is an 8 digit number required when the PIN number for your sim card is entered incorrectly 3 times. In order to obtain your PUK code you will need to contact Cheshire Business Services on the number below.
